• We offer free shipping for orders above EGP 999.

• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on your location.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking information will be available within 3 hours.

• You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website.

• We currently ship to all major cities across Egypt.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages:
